Director of equity and senior portfolio manager Doug Couden gives his forecast for what to expect with the equity markets in 2007, and his projections for the major indices.

The market will slow down, but stocks still will have a good year, Mr. Couden said. That is due partly to the belief that the Federal Reserve has "come to the end of its tightening campaign: and no longer will raise rates, he said.
s a result, growth stocks should benefit, and value stocks should become less desirable, Mr. Couden said.
